Veneers
Veneers are thin, and custom designed to cover the front side of teeth with porcelain. This process is much like acrylic fingernails placed over your own, but has a duration of many years and is much stronger. Veneers only go about half way around your teeth so are a little more conservative than crowns, leaving more of your natural tooth underneath. Veneers can be made in any shade and contour. For a smile make over, usually six to eight veneers are placed.
